Typographical or omission errors may occur in prices, descriptive copy or photography. Drop Zone Supplies reserves the right to correct these errors or withdraw the offer. Specifications, colour's, legal restrictions, prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. It may be necessary to substitute an item with a product of equal or better value that varies from our catalogue description. All goods are sold as new, un issued condition or used, grade 1. Grade 1 goods are free from rips tears or major repairs, and are fully serviceable.     Prices & Payment All our prices are current to the web store price list. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, we will however honour any goods purchased at old prices. All prices are in GBP £ Sterling, and include UK Sales Tax (V.A.T) at 17.5% V.A.T will be deducted from all Non EU customers. EU Customers with valid Sales Tax/VAT number will have this deducted once we receive confirmation in writing ONLY. We are able to accept most forms of payment, please visit our Payment method page for full list. All non UK customers will be billed in GBP £ Sterling only. We do not accept payment in any other currency. We do not accept payment via credit card payment from countries, other than from those areas listed on our International shipping pages. We do not accept any credit card payments from Eastern Europe and most African nations, only bank transfers or International money orders. We reserve to right not to sell goods to customers at our own discretion. All payments by bank wire transfer must be in GBP £ only. The customer is responsible for all administration/bank charges in the country of origin, and in the UK. We will not dispatch any goods that have not had these charges paid. If you require the return of the money through order cancellation or dispute, then we will deduct the banks charges from the total. Drop Zone Supplies charges £20 administration fee for this service. If paying by cheque please make payable to Drop Zone Supplies, and allow 5 working days for cheques to clear at bank, we will not dispatch goods prior to this.  If paying by postal orders or International money orders please make payable to, Drop Zone Supplies. Goods are dispatched within 48 hours or receipt. We strongly advise against the sending of cash. We take no responsibility for any money sent to us using the postal system, all losses are purely the customers responsibility.     Shipping We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of receipt of order. If we are out of stock of the item we will inform you via email or telephone as to date of next delivery. We will keep your order on back order for up to 30 days. After this time we will contact you to see if you wish to continue with the sale. No goods will be dispatched without full and proper payment. We have a minimum postal charge of £4.95 on all orders, both within the UK and on International orders. All goods are dispatched via Parcel Force UK or Royal Mail. All orders over 25 Kg will incure additional shipping charge. Expected delivery within the UK 5 working days, however goods may take up to 21 days to arrive. We are able to provide next day delivery to most parts of the UK £8.95. Please email us separately from order to inform us of next day option. All orders for next day delivery must be ordered before 14.00 pm. All orders after this time will be dispatched the next working day. We reserve the right to deliver up to 28 working days from date of order. All goods are delivered between Monday and Friday 09.00 Am and 17.00 Pm. We are unable to deliver on bank holidays. If goods are damaged in transit, please refer below to our returns policy.         International Shipping We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of receipt of order. If we are out of stock of the item we will inform you via email or telephone as to date of next delivery. We keep back orders for up to 30 days. After this time we will contact you to see if you wish to continue with the sale. No goods will be dispatched without full and proper payment. All International orders over 2 Kg are dispatched via Parcel Force International Standard or Euro Express service. Expected delivery 3-10 working days Orders under 2 Kg are dispatched via Royal Mil International Registered post. Expected delivery 10-15 working days For orders over 20 Kg please contact us for separate shipping details We charge all shipping and handling at cost, we do mark up, or make a profit from this charge, you only pay the pure shipping charge. All goods will require a signature on receipt.    If goods are returned to Drop Zone Supplies due to incorrect address being given by customer, no one in to sign for them at destination or goods are refused at ultimate destination we will be happy to re ship the items to you, the postage charge for redelivery will be charged at the current shipping rate. No goods will be dispatched without full payment of shipping charge We do not ship goods via surface mail. Currency Converter The currency converter is for a guide only. It is aimed at aiding you to calculate rough price in your home currency. We take no responsibility for any miss calculations or errors on its part. The customer is responsible for import/customs duties for all goods purchased. We do not include import duties in any of our prices.  We only state correct values of goods purchased, all International orders are accompanied by a commercial invoice stating the correct value of all goods and services purchased. Drop Zone Supplies tries to abided by the laws of all countries we currently ship to. It is impossible for us to know all the laws of all the countries. We take no responsibility for goods purchased that are in breech of any law within the country of destination, and that are seized by customs. If good are defective or unsuitable then please follow our returns policy below.     Exports All exports are charged at export/wholesale price, subject to minimum order levels. All exports will be in accordance to DESO approval. We do not ship to countries other that those approved by the UK Ministry of Defence. All prices are subject to contact and approval. For further terms & conditions and payment plans please contact exports@army-surplus.co.uk for full details.     Dealers All sales to dealers are governed by separate terms and conditions, which will be issued upon application.     UK Returns Policy In the advent the goods that we supply to you are not suitable for your needs, or are defective in any way you may return them to us. If a product fails due to poor workmanship we will be happy to replace the item FREE OF CHARGE in the first year from date of purchase. We will not exchange the item if it has been abused beyond normal fair, wear and tear or damaged due to malicious. The item must be clean and free from any dirt All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original receipt, we are unable to accept any products without it.  If you wish to return a product due to unsuitability you may do so. The reasons for exchange or refund must be stated clearly in a letter. We are happy to replace, exchange, refund goods up to 7 days from date of delivery.  All goods must be in new un used condition, we will not exchange any item that has been used, unless due to poor workmanship. All good sent in for exchange must be accompanied with appropriate postal charge payment so we are able to redeliver the goods. No goods will be dispatched without payment. Customers who return goods to us due to unsuitability will be offered either a credit note for total value, or if you require refund a 10% restock fee will be charged.  All goods returned to us within 7 days from date of receipt of purchase, up to 14 days, will not be refunded, only a credit note will be issued. After 14 days we will not accept any items for return as all sales are final. If goods are returned after 14 days we will hold the item for you, either for collection or redelivery. Redelivery will incur a standard rate postal charge. No Postal charges are refunded on any orders, unless due to our mistake.    We advise that all returns are sent via a signature on receipt service, so that you know when they have arrived. We take no responsibility for any goods that are damaged or lost in the post, whilst being returned to us. All shop sales are deemed final, unless due to sub standard products being sold. PLEASE NOTE: We will not refund on any goods that have been Maliciously damaged, in order to be re-placed or refunded.
